First off Id like to say that the consumer is left with his problems with no help but the community of gamers.Microsoft always seems to wipe their hands clean. When I have to update the console and it messes up my xbox im left to deal with it alone. Meanwhile
im paying for my xbox live service with never any credits done on that side.

Microsoft you should be ashamed of taking people money and never taking any responsibility for your created problems.Im sick of it and Ive decided that I was going to boycut your product. Thanks for the easy help

I thought this was a forum for consumers to give consumer advice? As an open forum, wouldn't it be appropriate to allow responses to stay so long as those responses are consumers responding to someone's issue? It can't be an open public forum if only some responses are being allowed so long as those responses are in spirit with Microsoft.
The code of conduct just bans for like spam and pirating and blatant illegal activities and stuff like that.

Nobody wants DRM checks every 24 hours. Lets call it what is DRM a thing no one likes. No way does anyone want a kinnect that is forced. The kinnect did not sell well that means the public has spoken we dont want it. That is why they made not that many games
for kinnect they were not selling. No way does anyone want a camera getting market research on them.

It's obvious Microsoft are so arrogant that they can't see that us GAMERS have made our own mind up, the Xbox One was getting slated even before the media passed comments on the Xbox.
