    So, this morning i received a message like yesterday (15.04.16 22:32) i have purchased an xbox live for 599rub, BUT i didnt do that! That already happened for the second time! (i cancelled the continuing of xboxlive, deleted my credit card, but it again
    happened, whats wrong?!)

    But the thing is, they're not really stealing people's money. You break the rules, you suffer the consequences. You don't tell the police "you're stealing my time" if you break the law.

    As I mentioned last time, you'll need to contact phone support. Please double check any other account that you have that may have your card info on it. It sounds as though you may have a recurring membership.

    are you sure it stated ea subscription or did it state and ea account, if ea account that is normal as its an ea game and al ea games need an ea account to play online or off most of the time.
