Why pay for Gold Membership ???

Any old Bluetooth works on PSN which can be bought for 10.00. Mics have never really been a problem for me. My main game on there, Mag always has chatty squads. The Xbox 360 headset that comes in the box doesn't even last.

i have to agree to a certain extent, when the 360 first came out there were plenty of chatty people, it was a friendly atmosphere, people worked as a team and everyone had lot's of fun, now it is a place for abuse, profanity and nastiness.

i miss the old days.
