    I have talked to customer support and failed questionnaire I need help on getting my services back online I am 21 years old and have time off work to realize I am being suspended for 5 days for no reason I can't even play on my Christmas vacation I pay for
    services please help

    Did you put any vinyl groups or designs on storefront that may have violated terms of service of code of conduct? The Turn 10 moderators are really overly strict on what they allow on storefront. Anything containing nudity racism profanity or drug content
    will get the person banned with the exception of alcohol tobacco and prescription drugs.

    It is just that the Xbox Live agent sent me a direct link to this forum to seek help from the Enforcement team. The agent told me this was the next step and only way to get in contact with them.
