My friends console keeps formatting itself so I tried to license transfer Minecraft to him but it says I used my license transfer last month but I didnt and nobody has my account info. Why cant my friend get minecraft back and why doesnt it tell me what
was my license transfer was used on?

@scotsman - this has nothing to do with people who play FIFA 12 except that the hackers (excuse me, "scam artists" since microsoft is claiming its just a scam) use FIFA as their way of stealing all your points and transferring them as cards, which they can
sell for currency. My account was compromised and I have never played FIFA on any Xbox console in my life let alone my own.

 

Your friend's console may have issues with the hard drive and it may need to be replaced.

Now, let's talk about what you are trying to do.

Although it is nice that you want to share your game with him you need to know that what you are attempting to do is called Marketplace Theft and is against the ToU and CoC of the Live service that you agreed to when you set up your account. If caught both
you and your friend could have your gamertags and/or consoles banned from the Live service altogether. If this happens you would lose access to all your DLC/Games/Gold membership that you have on your accounts.

i swear to god i have had nothing but trouble with this service when it comes to security i don't know how many times i have been locked out of my account and asked to put i new email or a new phone number in i only have so bloody man this happens all the
time and now the icing of the cake i thought i want to give it another chance after i finally fixed it after hours and days of working back and forth with Microsoft to let me use xbox live again and then my live ran out and i just didn't play for about a month
so today i felt like playing so i got to this website to buy more live and I NEED ANOTHER BLOODY NUMBER i am sick of it so i got to do this proses of getting another one in with then they don't let me do and i have to put in a mother email that i have not
used before so now i had to go create a new email and stuff and when i did all of this and finally got everything processed they said i can't use my account for a month so now i am seriously just thinking about throwing my xbox out and buying a ps4.

i was going to buy a xbox 1 swell but after all this *** i have been through i don't think that is happening. so well done Microsoft your consistent nagging for security updates just lost a valuable customer

 

you have to visit https://account.live.com to validate all email and phone numbers, then your console wont ask anymore

there is no Information you can not use your account for a month, if you did use the Option to remove all currently Setup security Information, there is a 30d waiting period before other Information can be Setup again, but your console will still work without
limitations.

 

I don't have anywhere to complain so i'm just going to do it here.

Being bored, I googled my xbox live account. I went on images to discover my TWITTER account came up, even though the my name and username has nothing to do with "CrummyData". I set it so that my e-mail dosen't show up, so I am VERY concerned about my safety.

 

First off, this is an older thread. You should create a new one detailing your issues.

As for the search, that's something you'll need to take up with either google or twitter. If there is any kind of association with twitter and your xbox account or pic then google will list it.
