    So I recently tried to purchase Black Ops 2 on the Xbox One store, and I can't add a credit card or PayPal cause I had to change my phone nunber to my new one, so I can't purchase the game until 4/26/2018 because it says that's when my security settings
    will be valid. I was just wondering if its actually going to take that long to verify my settings? Because I really just want to purchase this game and I just bought this xbox. Help please?

    Black screen after update

    Does the black screen only happen in Black Ops 2? If so you should try clearing your console cache. If that doesn't help I would look for the update file for Black Ops 2 under settings>console settings>storage>all devices>Games and apps>Black Ops 2, locate
    the update file and delete it. It will re-download the update and hopefully resolve the problem.

    Unfortunately, the timeframe for verification is correct and you will need to wait the 30 days.

    Alternately you could purchase a disc copy of the game if you do not want to wait that long for the digital purchase.

    If you are still not bale to make purchases digitally after the verification process is complete please reach back out!

    Don't bother buying the game. It's so hacked/modded its worthless to play on Live.
