    Security Puzzle Impossible


    I am trying to create xbox account for my children and part of the process is to rotate the image of 3 animals stacked upon each other. You need to identify the front animaland rotate it so that it is upright.

    Well,

    i have tried for 3 days and countless tries and this puzzle is impossible. I have also have other try it. There is no solution. How can I create an account with a different puzzle that is actually possible to complete?

    You should be able to use a PIN number, or other forms of validation. Is this not possible on child accounts? What options are you given?

    You need to have 5:00 or more when you finish a puzzle, ie not after you get your bonus. but when you tap on the last tiles on the puzzle. without a touchpad this is impossible because it's hard with a touchpad.

    Athough that may have helped while we were trying to validate, my email and phone number have already been validated, my boyfriends email and phone number are being rejected, and neither can be entered again. From what I understand, his account is totally
    unusable unless we get a third phone number or make another email address, as It won't accept what we already registered as good enough.
