@SlimPie71 Not sure what your talking about. I gave them what they needed for security proofs which I have found very useful. I have only received texts or calls when I try to access things like billing information or other sensitive data like that. I don't
receive any spam at my secondary email either and the only time I receive and email there.

yup all these people here suffer from microsoft theft too. no one sees the pattern to this garbage they are calling security. sorry but the only ones stealing from me is xbox not the hackers

Now whilst the above is some very sound advice, there are some other things to try. I take it your profile is still on the console? Did you by any chance enable two step verification on your account ?

What you're experiencing is likely the result of two factor authentication being switched on in your account security settings. You can use an Authenticator app for this purpose (check your phone's app store for options). Alternatively, you can turn two
factor authentication off in your security settings.
