Security proofs problem

I have three security proof options on my account. They are: a phone number, another phone number, and an e-mail address.

When I am asked to choose a method to verify my identity, the only option I am given it the first phone number. This phone number is no longer valid. The other phone number and the e-mail address are still valid. I have tried MS support on this issue
and was told to just wait for 30 days to verify. I submitted a message to Live Support with a reply promised in 24 hours. That was last Thursday. I'm getting tired of this issue since I can't change my billing information, and I use this account for my
Zune and my Xbox One.

Can someone over at MS please take a look at this. You have no idea how frustrating this is.

I've been doing these security proofs on my Xbox not my pc.

I am trying to update and manage my billing info but it tells me they have sent me a code on an alternate email, so i went to my alternate email and typed in the code, and nothing happens, it seemed to work so i went to billing update again and it tells
me to enter a code again, so i decided to delete my alternate email security info, when i re logged on my xbox live account it tells me i have to add security proof, so i decided to add my mobile phone number instead, so i entered my phone starting with 04

and so i went to my billing again to update then it tells me that they sent a code to my cellphone, it is also strange because the number didnt have 0 in front of the 4

well anyway it said they sent me a sms but i have not recieved it yet so i tried the call option and i have no call, so i decided to delete my phone number security proof, it then said the proof will be deleted next year, so i went to my billing thing again
but it still comes up with i need to enter my cellphone code

 

Have you tried XBOX.com and updated it?

 

it takes 30 days to change this and mine is also giving me one choice but I have a different number and it wants me to wait till the end of next month to change it
