Security online... no acces

To check, do you have a parent account tied to the account you're trying to play online with? you'll need to change your privacy settings with that account, first.

if i manage to get her to be able to remove the acc from family, will i be able to acces online features?

Ok, so I went on settings, acc managment, acc security, and changed my Microsoft account but Warface BETA still thinks I'm using my OLD email adress instead of the new one. Please help

how strange, when i turn of the wep password, it works! so what could i do now to keep the acces but still have the security (wep code)

Sorry to hear about your troubles but lets see if we can get you back on you feet. Your gonna want to make sure that the Second email account that you specified in your security proofs is active and correctly inputted to receive emails. I set up my phone
