    Security Key Question

For some reason, I had the urge to put in a security key. I don't know why, maybe because crime has risen in my area. Anyways, I just wanted to make it so you have to enter the security Key if you want to purchase something, and keep my auto sign in.
But after setting that I realized all someone had to do is go back into settings and delete the security key, and they were good to go. I think they would still be able to access this since the account would be in auto sign in.

I dont understand the point of asking for a security key for purchases if you could just delete the key from settings. You think it would ask for the security key to be able to access that portion. Am I missing something?

For now I guess I will set it to where you need the security key to sign, I will miss the auto sign in.

Is the Xbox One suppose to ask for the security key if you plan on deleting it? If so am I doing something wrong? If not, will there be a patch for this?

    :)

    Security key and windows hello.

I have the hacker’s email and I also have the option tu use the security key.

My question is still not answered. If I can set up a security key from my computer’s settings (because I still appear as logged in) can I then use the same security key when I try to log in into my Microsoft account?

How do I set the WEP key on my 360?

I'm a little confused by your question. If you've already secured your router, you don't need to secure your Xbox. You need to connect it to your router via wireless if you don't want any cables. When you connect to your router, you enter the same key
on the 360 that you made for the router security.

I would advise not to use a WEP key though, it's an older obselete way of securing a wireless network.

    Xbox “skip sign in” option

Hello Justin Bradford! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

I believe the setting for this has been removed from the settings. It used to be under:

Settings -> Account -> Sign-in, security & passkey -> Change my sign-in & security preferences -> Change how you sign in -> Guest key

Set the "Guest key" option to "Don't allow".

Account was hacked earlier this today

cd keys come with pc games.

and no just becaue you know the password to the accounts, doesnt mean you should be allowed to change the security question without knowing the answer. I would prevent so much .....
