security info out of date and don't remember enough information to recover is there any other way back into it if i cant answer the recover page enough and i cant use my old security info

Password problems

Hey mate, do you still have access to the email associated with the account? If you do I'd suggest updating the security information through the website and then deleting his profile (profile only, not items associated with the account) off the Xbox and
trying to recover it with that information. Info on updating security information here:

Security Issue

1) It is possible you may have accidentally posted the information elsewhere or clicked a bad link and entered your info there. *Remember NEVER give out your information!

You will need to be able to remember enough of the information to verify that it is you account. You could try contacting support directly, however, you are still going to have enough of the information to convince them it is you. http://support.xbox.com/

Just as Genesis1953 said. If you have the payment card used on your account you can call up support for account and billing and use that info to have your security questions and such reset.

If you know the MSA, follow steps below

To solve your issue, you must fill ACSR form before contacting xbox support:

Recover your account

After filling this form, wait for an answer of the Account Team. If you receive a Positive feedback, you'll receive a link to change the password of your MSA. If you receive a Negative feedback, do not worry! Just contact Xbox support and inform the number
that came with the Negative answer and some info of your console (Console ID for 360 or Xbox Live Service ID if Xbox ONE) and other info requested and they'll investigate the possibility to recover access to your account

It's why you have to keep your information up-to-date.

If you don't remember the details that you put in it's very unlikely you'll be able to recover the account because you won't be able to prove it's yours
