    So I updated my live account with a new number and now my xbox one won't sign me in. Its stuck in this confirmation loop. I tried a hard reset and I tried deleting and adding my account to my xbox. It didn't work. According to other posts I've read, the
    next step would be to change my password. I can't do that for 30 days because I updated my phone number.......so am I just unable to access my gamertag until then?

    I'm waiting for support to call me back as well...only 40 more minutes...

    I changed some of my info on account.live.com , and now it won't let me log in to Xbox live. I have tried a hard reset, deleting and adding my acct again, and have waited for about three hours. does anyone else have this problem? Can anyone help?

    Stuck in security loop

    I lost my old security info details so i requested a new one which takes 30 days. In the meantime it says I can continue to use my account however whenever I try to sign in I get stuck in a loop with the message 'Did you request a security info change'?
    I click 'Yes this was me'. Then I click 'Next' to continue using my xbox one account, but it throws me back to the 'Did you request a security info change'? page. Getting really annoyed with it. Anybody got any tips on how I can get on my xbox?

    well, since customer service hasn't called me back I did some digging. I kept getting a error 0x80a40002 which is supposedly a NAT error. I say supposedly because the only explanation I can find is through the community. So I checked my 360 and sure enough
    I signed into that just fine...what is going on?

    customer service finally called. He said that he had a broken headset so I should try to call again....so yeah...it's up to you community, you're my only hope lol

    you could try remove your gt from your xbox and add it again, its possible that localy stored data did not update correctly

    to remove your gt navigate to Settings -> way right to find "remove account" and select your Profile -> power down your xbox on console and hold the button for 10 seconds -> then add your gt again
