    I recently changed the phone number linked to my Microsoft account, since then I have been unable to sign into my xbox account, I can login to my Microsoft account on my phone and computer with no issues, but when I go to sign in on my xbox, a message pops up saying "your security info is still pending" "but dont worry during the waiting period you can still sign in and use your Microsoft account normally, I click next to dismiss the message and it just loads back up again with the same question. ive been unable to access my xbox account for close to a week now.

    Since we do not have insight into account details, I recommend reaching out to an Xbox Support agent for further help: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    The virtual agent can transfer you to a human if requested.

    I see, have you tried resetting the console too? This won't delete your games or apps.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
    Select Reset console.
    Select Reset and keep my games & apps

    im on the xbox series s, yes I've cleared cache, restarted and removed all accounts as well, yet the issue persists
