Security Info Bricked my Xbox One?!?!

I am absolutely OUTRAGED by what has happened to me. I've contacted xbox customer support multiple times but with no resolve. Which by the way the supervisor as of 8/14/14 at 8pm told me
straight up that there is absolutely nothing he can do and gave me no resolve only pouring salt on my wound.


I did NOT ask for a security info change. I do not use the phone number provided to me that it wants to text and there is NO way of me being able to change that number. I cannot access my XBOX ONE because of this for a whole MONTH. Why should I have
to wait a month in order for me to enjoy what I spend my hard earned cash on? I wouldn't mind waiting but now I have NOTHING to do at all because of this.



I have also tried ALL of the troubleshooting steps.





If there is ANYBODY that can help resolve my issue as SOON AS POSSIBLE I would GREATLY appreciate it.

Xbox Live Security Check

I have no problem with it. It seems like everything uses a two step security anyways. Hey, it's protecting my personal info and cc info, so I'm cool with that.

Hi, I would recommend not to post your e-mail account or your phone number on public forums. Anyone can access and see what you post.

 

The security info change is there to protect you from losing your account. Its better to wait a month than create a new account and lose that lovely 87k Gamerscore

 

Why should I have to wait a month for something I can get done with a call or an e-mail? This is ridiculous.

I also forgot to mention that it gives me an option to Click
"NEXT" to continue to use my Xbox One.



However, it loops me back to the previous page.

well, after a day it has seemed to of corrected itself, and everthing is back to normal.

sign in there

select "security and Password"

either verify your Access and check having 2 validated security Information OR reset your Information if you did not Keep them up to date, in this case there is a 30d security lock to prevent account theft

 

This is some sort of joke. I am going through the same issue. I have spent well over $1500 on xb1 and was offered a free month. Laughable.

This better fix shortly or sony will convert another xb user.

 

We will call this the "Lack of Support Forum" due to the fact that no real solutions are posted on here. Just many examples of the same problems over and over.

 

After 3 phone calls to xbox support I've come to realize one thing.

They have our money and don't care what happens afterwards. I was again offered a 1 month xb live card for being unable to access my account that has over 20 xb1 games on it. Laughable.

The way they explained it to me was that not even God himself could unlock my account which is just unacceptable.

No more money for you from me MS.

I am only one person, but am starting my mission to convert as many ppl as possible to PS4.

No other choice seeing as how this company has no respect for its customers.
