Security codes won't send to my registered devices/emails

Well hilariously enough I switched my email that the code is sent to to my gmail instead of a Microsoft hotmail account and now it works.

Well even if the games are für free you need to have configured at least one proper payment method and billing address.

If you stuck at the process on your One then please try to configure the options using
http://account.live.com

You will also be in the need for a confirmation code there but I never experienced any problems there. If you choose to get the code via email please be sure to disable all spam filters so the mail will not be blocked. Usually is best to have the code sent
to your mobile, but this of course only works of the mobile number is configured correctly.

If you don't have access to this email you won't be able to sign in to your account and you'll need to add a new email or mobile phone before you can receive the code.

thanks. is there another way to secure it? because to access security info in my account you need to send a code to the email attached to it but somehow the hacker accessed it without sending one.
