Security Code not sending

I understand you don't want to wait to get through to a call but you can also request a chat from a Microsoft representative (This is not the Ambassadors)

The representative can do the same as the phone support and will call you if necessary

You can use the US chat just a fine as your own local one and the wait times are about 10-20 minutes usually

This is the only way things might get fixed since you put a lock on your own account and you're not getting emails with a code to log in

thanks. is there another way to secure it? because to access security info in my account you need to send a code to the email attached to it but somehow the hacker accessed it without sending one.

is theyer a third email address you can send the security code to ?

yes actually they are security codes, it keeps sending codes but I don't receive any and I want to turn it off as soon as possible.

you talk about the security code right? Go to www.login.live.com save up 2 security proves(valid e-mail or valid cell phone number). then you get a code send there that you type in into your xbox.
