Secret Agent and Ninja DLC outfits didn't download

I got the DLC code from pre-ordering at BestBuy for the two outfits. When I redeemed the code all appeared to be okay and it was properly listed but nothing downloaded after the code was redeemed.

The dlc doesn't show up along with the other Dying Light content in "manage game" and there is no "ready to install" option either. The xbox.com download/purchase history doesn't list the DLC as being redeemed and I didn't get the normal confirmation email
for the redemption.

The two outfits do not show up in game in the duffle bag along with the other outfits.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Borderlands DLC

Simpley put, I bought borderlands and the secret armory DLC on my 360. But when I went to download borderlands and the DLC I didn't not own the secret armory DLC but instead the new revolution DLC which I did not purchase. I think there has been a mix up
in which DLC I had bought.

 

Bought Secret Armory, got New Revolution instead - Borderlands XBOX ONE

I bought the DLC "Secret Armory" for Borderlands, and when I went to download it in the "Manage Game - Ready to Install" section, I only could download a DLC I didn't buy, named "New Revolution". How should I proceed to download the actual DLC bought?

 

I also got the Gamestop exclusive 3 weapon pack and that too didn't download and disappears after redeeming the code.

Nothing in manage game, account history or in the game itself. With all this DLC, this is quite frustrating.

 

Yeah I'm having the same issues too. I was really looking forward to those outfits too. I don't know why this stuff just doesn't work like it's suppose to.

 

None of the GameStop preorder DLC items downloaded for me either after the code confirmation.

So not just me. Yeah, it looks like this might be because this DLC wasn't added to the store yet (odd because the other 3 items have been there for weeks). Someone messed up it seems.

Edit: Best thing I can say is that it probably will download when they list it. Same thing happened with a Watch_Dogs promo item (the revolver). It wasn't listed when I redeemed my code and didn't download anything right away. When it finally got listed I was
able to start the download just fine.

 

I was just wondering also. My Best Buy bonuses aren't showing. Figured it's because of the Live issues going on. Regardless games is Awesome.

 

I had the same thing happen but I think I figured it out. Go to Dying Light in the market place and look at the add-ons for the game. You'll see the ninja outfit and the secret agent outfit, press A on them and it'll say "install" and then just install
one and then the other and there ya go. Most likely will work for those with the weapons preorder bonuses as well! Hope this helps.

 

WoW i was searching for this on the internet all day and called bestbuy as well as gamestop and they did not know. Fluffybuds is right go to the add ons section and it downloads right away after selecting it. I suppose this will have to be done for any and
all dlc content as i purchased mine (ninja&special agent from bestbuy, weapons from gamestop) on ebay so all I had was a code. Thank you for the answer.

I too put in the weapons pack bonus and it never downloaded.. I went into my recent achievements and clips tab at the top of the main dashboard and it shows up there but it tells me to free up space... I have plenty of space 1terabit and it want do anything
with it.

I have tried this way and the outfits and season pass say bundle only but the weapon packs had install on them if you look at the season pass it has COMING SOON which I think might be causing are problem
