Secret Achievments won't unlock

Discus and support Secret Achievments won't unlock in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have 3 achievments in Dark Souls 3 that are at 100% completion. However they will not unlock.     Secret Achievments won't unlock


    I have 3 achievments in Dark Souls 3 that are at 100% completion. However they will not unlock. There is also an achievement for all achievements that counts these locked achievements as unlocked even though they are not. I have tried all the trouble shooting
    procedures and contacted Microsoft Support. They were unable to help me and sent me here for an administrator to investigate the problem.

    Achievement hunters! which site do you use?

    I generally just wing it. If I must know I tend to just google or YouTube it. For secret achievements I'm not sure what to do to unlock it I just google [game name] secret achievements and the 1st result or 2 usually answers it.

    Just wanted to add. All other achievements of the game are unlocking normally and this particular achievement is a secret one.

    Yes, but this is just the first instance. What happens when you unlock an achievement before the game is released or you unlock story-based secret achievement with a spoiler in the title? Then you become a source of spoilers. Granted this may or may not
    be any of the secret achievements, but is a console ban worth it? The call is yours but warnings and recommendations have been made.
