    Secondary XBL account recovery


    Hi

    I've got a secondary gamertag locally saved on my Xb360. However, this account has not been used for nearly 10yrs.

    My issue is, the email address associated with this account has long been discontinued as I no longer used that ISP. I also have no idea of passwords as this gamertag was always auto login.

    I would like to use this gamertag again. Is there any way to have a MS network administrator look into this?

    I am currently going around in circles with the online verification systems. Please help!!

    do you remember phone or secondary account? When you created you filled some security options, usually MS ask for a phone or a secondary email. If you remember will work, but if not you wont be able to recovery the account. About the subscription you cannot
    cancel temporarily.
