What is your reason for getting an advance notice?

If it's for preventing your kids going on a game shopping spree with your Xbox Account and the attached credit card, use the instructions from here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/...child-accounts/prevent-unauthorized-purchases

This will make it so before every game purchase on your account, you will have to enter a passcode to continue with the purchase.

Also, set up separate (free) accounts for your children that you can then restrict.

If you want a warning for yourself that your credit card is being billed for something you just purchased for yourself, you might want to contact your credit card company if they are able to send you a text message or something whenever your credit card
is being used.

If that is not what you're looking for, please elaborate on the reason why you need an advance warning, and what you intend to prevent when you receive such a warning. That way we could help you much better.

I see. Again, I don't think there is any such reminder system, you have to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account. If this is a pre-order, you do have the option to cancel if you contact Xbox Support, if you think you won't be able to
afford the game on launch.

If you had a pass key set up you would have to put in the code in order to complete the purchase.. This would be a way to authorize a purchase.

I don't think there is such a setting. My best advice would be to mark your calendar, set a phone alarm or set your subscription to not renew, to prevent unwanted charges to your payment method.
