Secondary accounts can generate ban?

My friend and I shared games in this way of secondary and primary account but I would like to know if this can result in some banishment, and we have known each other a long time and there were never any problems but we are worried if this can generate
banishment

Removing parental control over a Gold Family member

So there is no way to completely remove parental controls from secondary accounts without removing a tag from the family? Can a secondary account be promoted to a primary account?

It depends on exactly how you're doing this. If for example your friend has your console set as his Home console, it is not recommended, but it's okay. If your friend knows your account information, that is not okay. Sharing account information is a violation
of the code of conduct.

The home console feature is meant for households with more than one console,not for sharing with friends so technically you can get enforcement action for doing this.

Because they are secondary members, they are treated as child accounts. Some people chaff under that and "promote" the account from a child/secondary back to an adult account.

Generally, the timeframe for someone who has been removed is they can be readded in five days.
