secondary account locked after 1 day using my primary xbox

Hello again, this whole process is automatic at Microsoft, and the terms of use are on the website, so it's hard to know exactly why your account was blocked.

Thanks for the info, so far the 2ndary account worked ok for 1 day after I unlocked it (it had some issues initially with cloud saves for plants vs zombies but seem more stable now). So fingers crossed....

Also it would be nice if microsoft could say what terms did I break from the contract or give more explanation on why this happened in the first place. These issues can become really time consuming especially if you go from one broken service to an other as I did.

Hi, no didn't add any payment methods etc as this is a 2ndary account meant to play only my primary account games. I won't be buying anything from that account.

I got a game pass on my primary account but as far as I can tell , the games were playing just fine on the 2ndary account the first day. The 2nd day the account was locked and I had to unlock it from the web.
