No, you can only play the games in your account in your
home console and in other consoles you need to start with your account to play.

You can have your account on multiple consoles (such as I personally own apx 7+ different systems).

However you are limited to 1 home console (where all of your owned content can be accessible to anyone playing on that console), additionally your profile can only "actively" be on-line on one xbox one + xbox 360 simultaneously. You can't for instance have
your xbox account signed-in on 2 xbox one consoles at the same time.

If you gameshare with someone else in a different location than you you are breaching the code of conduct as you should never give anyone your account details.

I actually have that setup for my girlfriend and I so we can play games together. Its pretty easy to setup. For me, I had to make my account home set to her xbox. Then set her account home on my xbox. There are also some youtube videos on how to do this.
