    I just received a 2nd Xbox series S that will not even power on! Are others facing 2nd rate manufacturing issues or is it just my bad luck?

    Hey Manuela, sure thing. It was the Red Dead Redemption 2 deluxe edition for the Xbox one, not series x or s.

    Yes, you will be able to play it when it arrives. The Xbox Series S is similar to the Xbox One, in that it supports multi voltage, so just change the power cable to an American one, and you should be good to go.
