    I keep losing my coins on Microsoft jackpot. I just lost 2,300,000 points which irritates the hell out of me. I just procured 900,000 points this morning and I won over 2,300,000 points. I left the game and came back and it says I have 500 points. This is
    not the first time this happened. On the "year of the dragon" after I win free spins, I have lost over 1,000,000 points twice when it is loaded on the game. I must be a "glutton for punishment" because I keep playing it.

    Lost points in both Jigsaw and Jackpot

    Yesterday I had 430,000 or so points on Jigsaw and today I am showing over negative 50,000.

    A few months ago I lost over 1,000,000 points in Jackpot.

    What happens, and how do I get my points back.

    Been on with support for over half hour, they sent me to you.
