    Second Stereo headset broken in exactly same spot!


    I bought an XBOX one headset at Bst Buy at Christmas. After 3 weeks, the headphone snapped off of the part that goes over your head. I returned it to the store and they replaced it in 2 weeks. I used it very little since then as I borrowed a friends wireless
    headset. I just started to use the replacement headset, and it snapped in the exact same spot! There must be some type of weak point in the manufacturing process because it snapped exactly as the first one! Best buy says it is no longer under their return
    policy , and i cannot find an email address to ask for a replacement headset, (of a different design than this one)!! Is there any way of discussing this issue with a live person or via email???? Frustrating experience.

    Xbox stereo headset breaking

    I have gone through 2 xbox stereo headsets and both of them broke in the exact same spot in the exact same way. They both broke 5-6 months after purchasing them. The right side of the headset, the plastic part, cracked and is extremely sharp, anyone else
    having this problem?

    exactly the same thing here on the same day on two of mine and my husbands stereo headsets on the exact same day !!

    "Good" to read, because i ve exactly the same issue with exactly the same headset. This headset is plugged into the optical audio port (sound) and into the stereo headset adapter, too (chat).

    Chat is full at full volume and the sound at minimum. Nevertheless chat is only to hear when outside of action (BF4) and sound is so loud that you might think your head will explode! :/

    You're not on your own. Just recently purchased a brand new Xbox One and new XO Stereo Headset myself. I'm getting exactly the same issue! I thought this was supposed to have been fixed back in April?

    It's either an issue with the adapter or the controller as the stereo headset doesn't have any of these clicking issues when plugged into another device.
