    After a series of failed updates more or less bricked my Xbox one s I sent it in for service. The process that first time was easy and seamless. Unfortunately the console is still having the same issues after it was returned. Now when trying to set up a
    service ticket to return the console the device service and repair page will only let me select Accessories, and not the device itself. How do I go about sending my console in the be fixed properly this time?

    Hi Edgar,

    You have to look up your local UPS drop off and take it there.

    Got to say it all worked very well once it was in the system.

    Make sure you get the sending receipt so you can track it.

    Hi

    If you have only just purchased the console then I would expect the seller to sort this for you and to me it sounds like they knew there was an issue with the console prior to selling it. If you check the
    device service and repair website you may be able to reprint the service order or alternately try contacting the
    Xbox Support team directly and they should be able to help with this.

    Hey Chilly,

    I have the same problem. Did you find out what happens next?

    So far I have registered the return service, printed out the return label... I assume I have to package my controller in a box and attach the label, but what happens? Did UPS come and pick it up or did you have to go take it somewhere?

    The option is there, so I'm assuming its eligible, the problem is coming from the system failing to gather the data on how long I have used it, which is about all of 10 mins now.
