    Second Request - Missing $75 Xbox One Credit from Promotion in July 2014. Please Assist.


    I purchased an Xbox One back in July when a promotion appeared on my XBox 360 dashboard about getting a $75 credit when you purchase an Xbox One and register it as a home device under my xbox live account.

    After multiple attempts to contact the company I received a runaround and no help. I previously posted on the forum with no response as well and chat is directing me here.

    Please assist.

    $75 xbox promo not received

    I have still not received the $75 promo credit OR any correspondence regarding it. This is my second time posting this information to this forum. My first post has been up since Aug 30th and still no response from xbox support.



    Here is the information you requested to proceed:





    Promotion Details: I received the Xbox one upgrade promo on July 8th stating that if I upgraded to an Xbox one before the end of July and activated it on my account that I would receive a $75 promo credit.

    Date of Purchase: I purchased the Xbox one brand new at eb games on July 9th and immediately went home and activated it with my profile

    Promo Items not received: The $75 promo credit that I was offered

    According to this article
    www.engadget.com/.../microsoft-xbox-one-upgrade-gift     the credit should have been put in your gamertag's account by August 15 (see pic at bottom of article). Remember, this offer was available only to gamertag's that received it on their 360 console.

    Head over to commerce.microsoft.com and set the search parameters between July and Sept of last year to see if the amount was added.

    If it was not then you can either wait here for a reply from a support agent or contact phone support for more assistance.

    Hey there, GE! I am very sorry to see that you did not receive your promotional currency. Unfortunately, if you did not reach out to us on the forums before 10/15/2014, we are unable to investigate your case. The final date to redeem the codes for
    this particular promotion was the above date; if we were investigating your case previously, the exception would be made for you. Additionally, to fully qualify, you had to purchase your console between 7/7/2014 and 7/31/2014 and set it as your Home console
    within that time frame.

    I am sincerely sorry to see that we are unable to provide the $75 promotional credit for you. However, you can always keep an eye out on news.xbox.com and majornelson.com for

    listen carefully and read properly if you did not buy an xbox one between July 7th and July 31st you will NOT I repeat you will not receive the $75 promotion it is only for Xbox one's purchased between July 7th and July 31st what's so difficult to understand.
    keep in mind you have to have also receive the promotion on your xbox 360 dashboard that's it it was only sent to a select group. if you bought your Xbox July 6th and before you are excluded from this promotion end of discussion thank you and have a wonderful

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. If you are missing credits for renewals before that date, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check for those.
