Second replacement unit - Something stuck on fan?

Just a quick run down of what the previous units issues were.

1) Brand new console (Kenectless) - buzzing noise.

2) first replacement unit - Software update problems which lead to a full system boot up failure.

now on the second replacement unit. Received it yesterday and everything was fine. Now I don't own any games (waiting for MCC and Sunset Overdrive). After it downloaded %15 of the free weekend copy of Forza 5 I boot it up and starting hearing some weird
noise from the top of the console. it sounds like something stuck to one of the fan blades and it just keeps hitting something. Observed the same noise while playing Dead Rising 3 demo and the Thief demo. I however did not hear the noise while watching a bluray
copy of Akira.

Also the console is out in the open and is getting more than enough breathing space and the sound does not resemble the buzzing noise I had with my original unit.

I understand contacting MS is the best solution but I just wanted to let you guys know there might be some issues with the kenectless model.

I also have faith MS will take care of this problem, xbox support has been nothing but great to me while helping me with these problems.

XBOX ONE controller will not connect wirelessly

Finally had the chance to to call-in today without getting disconnected. I thought I would add-in this last detail, which wasn't noticed before. I plugged-in my old unit to do a factory reset before returning it. The controller wasn't synced, so I hit the
sync button on the side of the console and the sync button on the controller. The XBOX logo started flashing in time with that of the controller. This didn't happen on the replacement unit. This leads me to believe that either the sync button on the replacement
unit isn't working properly, or something internally has malfunctioned. It looks as though, I will be sending in the replacement unit for another replacement. Thanks to everyone for trying to help.

 

Power issues

Got my first replacement unit and the power brick is lit, system light on front lights for a second then goes out. It will accept disks and eject them. Any ideas?

You may want to let Microsoft know of this on the Xbox Feedback site -
http://xbox.uservoice.com as they're more likely to look there for suggestions or recommendations from the community versus the forums.

same noise foe me. no disc. brand new unit. when i turn it off it changes to a whine. returning it. Getting another from bestbuy. getting a refurbished replacement is NOT an option.

 

I just went back today for a replacement today as it was making this exact horrendous noise, Setup the second unit as soon as I got back and its also making this noise "Batch x1427 and x1416"
