Second Post: I haven't received my rewards points

I purchased Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition. I received an email saying that this edition of the game would give me 15,000 rewards points. I haven't received the points yet. I also received another email stating that if you buy a game that is $60 before
tax, you will receive 6,000 rewards points. I haven't received those points either. How long will this take for my points to be transferred to my account? Thanks!!

I haven't received any points for any game or accessories that I have purchased from you guys. Please update my account with the correct amount of rewards!!!

You will want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into your account. If you can post any offers you're looking for credits from, that will help.

 

The promotion to receive rewards for purchasing Ghost Recon Wildlands was for the physical version of the game through the microsoftstore.com. If you did order the physical disc from that site then the staff will have to review to see what the issue is.
However, if you ordered it through your console, xbox.com, or the digital version off microsoftstore.com then it is not eligible. Regarding the simply rewarding offer for 6,000 points you had to activate the offer prior to making the purchase, if you did not
then the purchase would not be eligible, the staff will have to review to confirm.

The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends so you may not hear from them until Monday.

the offer period. This offer is good for one purchase only. You can earn up to 15,000 Rewards Credits, depending on which version of the game you purchase:

• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Standard Edition: 10,000 Rewards Credits

• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Deluxe Edition: 12,000 Rewards Credits

• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition: 15,000 Rewards Credits



Since your purchase was made digitally, it was not eligible for that offer.

The Ghost Recon offer was a unique MicrosoftStore.com offer. Our offers are usually for Xbox Store purchases. Simply Rewarding was for Xbox Store purchases. Since you did not make any purchases off the Xbox store, you did not complete that offer.
