second owner without password in xbox 360

The previous owner of my Xbox 360 went away and I do not know the passwords to unlock the content control.
How to solve?

Any issues with the girlfriend/ wife?

Another wife here We have two tvs set up in the living room. The big one has the xbox one plugged in with a 360 running through its hdmi. The second tv has a second 360 running on it, so we can each watch our own thing, or play our own thing, or play
together without arguing over who gets top screen in split screen.

Turning off Parental Control

I've bought a second hand xbox 360 on ebay but the previous owner has the parental control set up. I don't know the password or the answer to the security question. Anybody know how to turn it off?

well first and foremost no matter what xbox support can never ever give out the password they do not know the password nor can they even see it

second call support and open an unauthorized access case

and it will be returned to the true owner

The black hat captures a second slower then the owner of the care package. So if the owner is just a second off a teamate could steal it. While if you were trying to steal it without black hat its more like 2-3 seconds slower. This is what they ill probably
update the black hat to.

If that is on the Xbox 360, the owner of the Profile that changed the password has to go to the Profile Protection page, and request that the Xbox 360 needs a password the next time the profile is accessed.

Although it might seem to be a bug/exploit, the way the 360 connects to Live is a bit different, and doesn't always require a password. So this behavior may seem like a bug, but is in fact by design, and the user that wants to prevent access after the password
change, has to use the Profile protection page.
