Hello its no way to change that since its from a previous owner. Unless you have contact with them to try to find out info. Sorry.

Your best bet would be to contact the previous owner and see if they can tell you the information so you can turn it off or change it.

If you are of legal age (for example, 18 years old in Mexico), you can remove yourself from the family group using a Windows device.

On the Xbox console, any organizer in the family group can remove your account. To do this, ask him to follow the steps described in the previous section.

Note: If you are the only organizer of a family group that includes child accounts, remove the family group members first. After you remove them, add them to another family group so they can continue using Xbox services.

Hi, thank you for your prompt reply unfortunately the shop I bought the Xbox from is no longer there. :-( is so I guess I'm stuck.
