Season Record achievement

Hi Xbox'ers



I'am trying to get the Xbox Video 100-hours tv show achievement (Season Record). And i already have watched over more then 100 hours. And i still don't have it!

According my xbox smart glass app i have watched 248 shows. And they where shows of 40 minutes.. That is more then 100 hour...

The app also says i have watched 171 hours.... Is there a way i can get this fixed? And are there people with the similar problem?

The Achievements in question are both under the XBOX Video app. They are "Season Record" and "Film Buff".

 

Hey Pain Killer, looking over a topic on Xbox.com it states many possibilities, one being some achievements can take up to 24 to be rewarded! May be that is the case here?

RBL thanks for you quick response. I already waited more then 24 hours, and the weird thing is my achievement is only at 50%. And the problems listed on your link page are about achievements which are unlocked. My ain't unlocked yet. But i meet the requirements,
and nothing has happend yet.

 

Ahh, sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, and hopefully someone can jump in and save the day with a better suggestion!

If this was my Xbox i would jot down what it says I'm at currently (51 hours as an example) then go watch a couple shows if that counter moves up, then it simply didn't register the other time. If it does not, the problem is deeper! Then i'd have a choice,
watch the next 49 hours again or escalate this to see if a tech can help apply the time that is being counted by your profile and not your Xbox!

 

It's stuck at 61%. It doesn't even count anymore... I reinstalled the Xbox One Video app, and cleaned my Xbox cache. Bud nothing works.. Any idea's?!

 

Gosh, im sorry this is being so evil to you! Unfortuantly my last suggesr is call support! Not sure how much they can gelp but.

Other random thoughts:

Try downloading your profile to s bud console for a few minutes?

Try removing your gamertag completely. And redownloading it?

Both of thos will test to see if your xbox is holding it and wether another console will plug it in!
