There's been an issue with it, a lot of anger on the TT forums. I wrote to TT but haven't heard anything as of yet. Keep an eye on their twitter.

Everyone just needs to relax. Personally, I am disappointed I haven't gotten to play it yet. Personally, I would think from a business standpoint you'd want to keep early adopters and pre-orders happy, but hey things happen. Is my world coming to an end?
No its a game. Was I really looking forward to playing this tonight after work and my kids were in bed, oh yeah! At this point, I am just hoping it is sorted out by tomorrow bc it is my day off.

 

*sigh* Still not fixed. Has anyone heard if there is an eta on this yet?

 

I just received a message from Xbox Live with a code to redeem for Episode 2, so it looks like they are doing something about it, if not fixing the root problem.

 

^^ So that's what that is. I haven't been on my Xbox today lol. Pretty sweet! I'll download it later tonight and play it tomorrow.

 

There is a service alert right now stating it should be fixed tomorrow.

 

I just got a code to download the episode from Microsoft. Glitch may not be fixed but I can finally play. Whoooo hooooo!

 

I just got a code and didn't even know its was on the fritz. Yay me!

 

I am also having this same problem and awaiting a solution , bought the season pass and the second Episode is asking for the full 4.99 as a download which should be free ...the reason there is a season pass in the first place. Microsoft needs to fix this
problem soon , not sure they currently understand what is happening after speaking to support.

 

Anyone have this issue for episode 3? I got the code sent to me for episode 2 but episode 3 came out over a week ago and I've seen nothing.

How hard is it to send a code?

 

^^ Umm.. you don't need a code. Fire up the game and download the episode. Provided, of course, you have purchased the Season Pass.
