Wolf Among Us Season Pass FAIL

Last month I bought the season pass for the wolf among us. They sent me a code for episode 2 for the wolf among us. Episode 3 has been out now and they didn't give me a code for the wolf among us when I know I bought the season pass. Please fix this for
me I am dying to play it.

I have been waiting for you to update the season pass. There has been 4 months between episode 1 and episode 2. There should not have been a problem. I hear we might be able to play smoke and mirrors. On the 6th. Are we going to be compensated for the
delay. Like 10% back on the price we paid on the season pass. It's not the first time this has happened to a season pass (gears of war 3).

 

Yeah the refunded me the money and cancelled the download but that still means I can't access Episode 2 despite paying for the pass.

The girl I was speaking to was sure that you only got a discount not matter how many times I told her that was wrong

 

You will be able to download it at some point if its a marketplace error,they will fix it if enough people are complaining.

 

Yeah but its microsoft who knows how long they will take it could be days even weeks before its fixed

 

I've read most places that it is just a discount we didn't buy every episode with the season pass

 

My bad was reading it wrong

 

So how will we be able to download next episode if they just want you to buy it again?

Ok, so I just got off the chat support and the answer I got was that season pass holders have to wait for summer. It may be a wildly inaccurate interpretation of the season pass description, or it might not be. Either way, this displeases me.

 

This is so irritating. I've had it happen with the AC season pass before but they normally fixed it within an hour or two tops. Fingers crossed I can play this by tonight.

 

That is weird, the description for the season pass clearly says that you will get each episode AS THEY BECOME AVAILABLE. Plus, that is not how season passes usually work. I have tried everything I could think of ... it still is trying to charger me. But
looking on the net, a lot, if not everyone that bought the season pass if having this issue.

 

Yeah I'm having the same issue. Hopefully it will be fixed by the end of the day. I'm quite eager to play the next episode
