    Hi!

    So, I bought the Season Pass for Season 2 of Reign and while episodes 2x01 through 2x05 are up, the most recent ones -- 2x06 and 2x07 -- aren't available.. Is this a problem with the service or something, or...

    Missing episodes from season pass

    I bought a season pass to Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Making the Team Season 8. We have Episodes 1 & 2, but no other episodes are listed (should be up to 4 by now, and Amazon has episode 3, which aired ten days ago).

    How do I get the recent episodes, or get a refund on the Season pass if you can't provide them?

    Xbox video listing upcoming episodes of Breaking Bad as Season 6 when it should be a continuation of Season 5

    All digital video service providers (iTunes, Amazon.com, Xbox Video, etc.) are listing these as separate Seasons. The pricing for the Season Passes is based off of the number of episodes that are going to be included in it. Season 5 was priced on 8 episodes,
    and a discount for buying the Season Pass. Season 6 is priced exactly the same way. You're still ahead of the game by buying the Season Pass vs. buying the episodes individually.

    HD Episodes = $2.99

    SD Episodes = $1.99



    Season 5 Season Pass = $21.99 / $13.99

    If you buy all the Season 5 episodes separately it's $23.92 / $15.92

    Video Error - Kinect Nat Geo TV app - Game Episodes/Videos won't play

    This is not quite fixed. The videos do seem to be working now for people who already purchased one or both of the season passes, but purchasing either of the season passes (or redeeming the code for the first season pass that was included in the retail game)
    from within the app does not work. The app displays the following message when attempting to do this:

    "Content Unavailable

    We're sorry, that piece of content is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

    Oddly enough, you can buy individual episodes from within the app, so it's obviously still communicating with the marketplace. You just can't buy or redeem a season pass.
