Season pass purchased twice and still no season pass

Yesterday the 24/6/2015 I tried to purchase the Batman Arkham Knight season pass via my xbox one console. I got an error message "opps something went wrong" which said the transaction failed to complete. I tried again using a different payment method but
got the same error. Right after I got a message from PayPal (the first method of payment I used) saying I had been charged for the season pass. Then I checked my bank and it has charged me as well. I also received 2 emails from Microsoft confirming both
trasactions had gone through. I called microsoft and spoke to a lady called zoey who said that it could be linked to me being in the preview program and that I should report an error on my xbox and ask on the forums if anyone had any idea how to fix this.
So far zoey has been able to issue a refund to my PayPal but she has not been able to link the season pass to my account. Any help would be great.

Season Pass Query

Just wondering if all series are supposed to have the option to buy a Season Pass? Purchased Season 1 of falling skies but when I went to buy season 2 there is no option to buy a season pass. Same for X-Files, bought season 1 but no season pass option for
season 2.

 

wwe 2k14 season pass / characters not avalable

I purchased the season pass..... does that mean i have to wait to Nov. 12 to get all the characters....the game shows nothing, all downloadable chacacters are still greyed out but it says season pass downloaded.

i have downloaded twice just to make sure....please could someone help

Sorry to hear about your troubles here. I hope we'll be able to help you find the right solution to this issue. So for future reference any issues relating purchasing and downloading content should go here forums.xbox.com/.../4271.aspx
This will help by getting the right eyes looking at your issue. Can you try a few things for me just to see if maybe you might actually have the game available to download.

First quick check :

- Go to My games & apps

- Once there shuffle over all the way to the right. Until you get to a gray side menu that reads "ready to install"

- See if your season pass is there. If it is select it and install it.

Second check :

- Go to My games & apps

- Hover over "Batman Arkham Kight"

- Press the menu button on the controller (Its the one with the three lines)

- Select manage game

- This will bring you to a new page where you should see all of DLC that you've downloaded and for this game. Once again on the right side is a nice side bar that should say something like Ready to install or Installation required. Under that
would be a list of DLC for the game that you own but have yet to install.

Okay so if you've done these and you see the DLC install it. Once you install it you'll be good to go . If you still don't see it come back here and let us (Community members) know so we can find you a solution. Awesome )

yes I did that but no luck. the lady at microsoft says it could be do to the preview program. I don't know how as ive downloaded loads of things but this is the first to be messed up. when I go to the Season Pass in the store its like I have never purchased
it. they took my money but the license wasn't attached to my account some how. I think its a microsoft problem as the night I did it they were having problems with digital purchases but the lady I was speaking to ignored that. I don't know what to do.

So not really the best news but. Xbox is aware of the issue and are on it. So you are not the only one to have this issue. Wait untill the service alert goes away and Wah Bamm! You should be able to get your season pass no problem. Awesome.. Best of Luck

I just had the same problem with my Fallout 4 Season pass I was charged twice but got my pass on the second try but I was still charged twice. Still no refund as I have to call them tomorrow.

 

Oh, this is still an issue, they better get on it.
