Season Pass problem

I bought the Gold edition but the season pass is not installed. I can purchase it from the in-game store but if I try to install it from the xbox store, it says "owned" but won't let me download. anybody else have this issue?

Season pass

So me and my friend bought the Season pass for Black ops 2,

Now the problem is we shared our MS points so he bought the Season pass on his xbox with my account, can't we license transfer the Season pass?

It works fine but the problem is that he doesn't get a calling card that shows he bought the Season Pass.

I have a similar issue. I purchased the Gold edition and there is no season pass to download. The store tells me I can purchase it, even though I already did at the cost of $109 (taxes on digital, don't get me started). The edition my Xbox says I have install
is the standard edition. Can we get some clarification on what is happening here?

Here's what I got after a chat with Robb D.

The Season Pass is not ready yet. There is no download because it does not exist yet. However, if you call them or chat your account will show that you own all the DLC attached to the Gold Edition. So we should get it when it becomes available, rumor has
that as sometime in April.

There is no explanation as to why the store will not show the Gold edition as purchased and allows you to repurchase the game. It's a glitch that they are now aware of.

The offer was made to refund the purchase to allow repurchase if this was an issue. I declined as I'm not downloading the game again for the mere title of Gold instead of Standard. My account shows that all the DLC including the Season Pass is linked to
my account and I believe the Season Pass will resolve itself once it is time.

Take it for what it is, soldiers.

I haven't played Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands yet. But if the Season Pass is like most other games, i don't think you need to download it, it's similar to a ticket. What i mean is, when downloadable content (DLC) is released, you won't need to purchase
it as the Season Pass is on your account, so the price will be overridden to 'Free'. I hope you understand what i'm trying to say, if not let me know and i'll try and elaborate some more. But that's the best way how i can describe it right now. Have fun.

Well. that's interesting. Both my son and I purchased the gold additions and his season pass is working but mine is not. So what they told you is not accurate. The season pass is infact working. He has the 5% boost but mine is nt showing. You may want to
recontact them.

I'm having problems too. Have the season pass installed and doesn't accept it. Continues to prompt needing to purchase the season pass. Major problems.

Thanks for the help everyone. I have managed to fix the problem by uninstalling the other DLC Packs and Season Pass and then installing the Season Pass first.

Well, I don't really have a problem with DLC as much as I do with Season Passes. Season Passes, to me, are scams. DLC adds "life" back into game that has "grown stale". DLC is more welcomed than Season Passes. Keep that ***!

Yea there is something wrong at this moment. The point we are making is the Season Pass was for November through April. So the season pass is not the issue it is a different problem they are having.

Season Pass problem
