Season Pass Problem

I purchased the Season Pass for Call of Duty Advanced Warfare on the 360 and I have the following problems:

1. I cannot download the Ascendance DLC because it wants me to purchase it again.

2. I cannot transfer my Season Pass over to Xbox One even though the description said I could.

Please help!

Season pass

So me and my friend bought the Season pass for Black ops 2,

Now the problem is we shared our MS points so he bought the Season pass on his xbox with my account, can't we license transfer the Season pass?

It works fine but the problem is that he doesn't get a calling card that shows he bought the Season Pass.

1. Try getting the DLC from within the game

2. The upgrade offer was good only until March 31. That offer is now over.

I'm having the same issues. I have purchased the season pass but when i go to the store to download the new DLC its asking me to pay and its saying that I have to pay for the season pass again.. SMH.. This is really ridiculous. Its been almost 2 days and
I can not enjoy the new DLC. Once they asked me to download a new update this problem came up.. Really *** off and are you gonna compensate me for the inconvenience you have caused??

I am haveing exactly the same problem as SoulSnatcher I only own an xbox360 and no matter what I try the in game and the main xbox store both say I need to pay for the season pass and the new dlc I am about to sell this game and never buy anything from
activision again how dose this happen and what are we supposed to think when it takes the beter part of 3 days so far to get any real responce or fix to this mess

I'm having problems too. Have the season pass installed and doesn't accept it. Continues to prompt needing to purchase the season pass. Major problems.

Thanks for the help everyone. I have managed to fix the problem by uninstalling the other DLC Packs and Season Pass and then installing the Season Pass first.

Well, I don't really have a problem with DLC as much as I do with Season Passes. Season Passes, to me, are scams. DLC adds "life" back into game that has "grown stale". DLC is more welcomed than Season Passes. Keep that ***!

Yea there is something wrong at this moment. The point we are making is the Season Pass was for November through April. So the season pass is not the issue it is a different problem they are having.
