    I already out my season pass code in and it went through but my items are not showing it doesn't show it as purchased. They told me to get a new code but I don't think I should be paying again to get it when I have th encode but just doesn't work. Someone
    please help me .

    I put the code for the Season Pass. It loaded in but doesn't give me the DLC contents and then I cannot use the code again.

    The code is a one time use that's correct. Which DLC content are you looking for? If you are referring to the map packs you must go to the game store page and download them separately. They should already show purchased and you just install them.

    it's not showing as purchased. it keeps telling me to purchase again. I purchased the season pass for a reason and loaded it into my account and something happen like it crashed and now it doesn't me put my code again because it says it was used. Season pass not working :(

    The same thing happened for me, except mine was for the actual game, and it was from the Xbox Store. However, there now is no record of the transaction other than the confirmation email from Amex and Microsoft. Chat support wasn't very helpful either. Activision
    and Microsoft just direct me to one another and apparently neither of them can provide me with a game token or replacement code.

    Have you tried to view the transaction on your account on xbox.com? If so, see if the seasonseason pass shows up under your trandaction history on the website (sign in with same user account credentials as you do on your console). If it is listed there
    then it might be a console isdue. Try hard resetting your xbox one. Aoso go to my hames and apos find the game then press start and choise manage game then see if it comes up with items ready to install.

    Hi There,

    If you buy a season pass for a game, then it should work. Unless there are timed dlc from older season passes, but in general they do work.

    XIX if you have access to the bonus zombie map, then the season pass is working because you have to have the season pass working to have access to that particular map.

    That's how it worked for my Gears of War 3 Season Pass, I'm assuming it will be the same for my Borderlands 2 Season Pass as well.

    Looking for confirmation on this method for season pass holders. If you don't have a season pass, this fix will not work if you are buying episode by episode.
