Season Pass Not Working?

I have downloaded the COD: Ghosts Season Pass but the maps don't appear to be available, nor is the Maverick.

If I try to select the Maverick, it directs me to the Store, I click on the season pass as if to purchase it again and it tells me that I have already purchased the Season Pass and it is in the 'Apps and Games' tile. I click on that tile and it's not there.

In 'Notifications' it is there, if I click on that it simply restarts the game normally, again no season pass content. One thing it has cured is the Freefall map, that now works.

Not very happy at spending nigh on a full games value on content that I cannot access!

yea ok but that not a season pass ... a season pass is u get everything no discounted or nothing in katt Williams voice everything thats a season pass thats like buying a season pass to six flags and rideing half of the rides

 

Even though you bought the season pass, that does not bypass the download of the DLC. Find the Onslaught DLC in the in-game store, or in the add-ons part of the Xbox store. It should say free, if it says it costs something DO NOT download it and contact
Activision Support to find out what's wrong.

 

i'm having a similar problem. i purchased the season pass for the 360 and upgraded via the in-game store on the XB1.

i can't access any of the content. i'm told it has been purchased and installed.

does anyone have any ideas? or is contacting activision support the way to correct this as Remedy OMG suggests?

when i try to set up a local match or extinction match, the only bonus map that is there is free fall.

when i select more maps, i get directed to the store, that is when i get informed that the season pass is purchased, installed and accessable from the games and apps section on the home screen.

i never realised that i have to download the onslaught map pack from the in game store. although i'm told it will cost £12, the season pass recognizes that it is already purchased.

maybe this might also help solve the OP's problem as well.
