Season pass not working, this is ridiculous.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I purchased Resident evil 7 along with the season pass for it about a year ago on its release date. Its two last DLC's were released today. "Not a Hero" was released free, for anyone who owns the game. "End of Zoe" was reased
for $14.99, or for anyone who purchased the season pass, the deluxe edition, or the gold edition. I downloaded "Not a Hero" with no issue, but it wants to charge me for "End of Zoe". I talked to a rep, and was told to just purchase it, and they would refund
the money to my account. I do not want to purchase it, and will not purchase it considering I purchased it months ago when i purchased the season pass. I do not like posting my card information on online services, even if it claims to be secure. This is not
my problem, this is on microsofts end. I should not need to do anything extra. Please fix this, id hate to take further action.

Mooil Rig not unlocking. I have season pass.

Mooil Rig DLC showing up as 9.99 for me on Xbox.com and I cant even find it on the marketplace in game. Even Sinset TV is not working. These season pass glitches are ridiculous.
