Season Pass Not Unlocking after Payment

I purchased Tales of the Borderlands for Xbox One on November 26, 2014. I then purchased the season pass on November 27th. I finally played the today, December 6th. After completing the first episode, the game suggested I buy the season pass. I was confused.
When I checked the Xbox store, it indicated that I had not purchased the season pass and that I could buy it for $14.99 plus tax. I do not understand the problem, for received an email confirmation for the purchase of the season pass, and my credit card
was charged for it as well. My Microsoft account transaction history even has it recorded that I bought the season pass. How do I get it unlocked (without paying for it again)? Can anyone help me, or at least tell me who to call and at what number?

Season Pass in Gears of War 4 is not unlocking on Win 10 but it says owned

So I have problems with the Season Pass on WIn 10 it is not unlocking so i cant play the Dev List

Rip off Season Pass announced. I remember the days when additional outfits etc were unlocked by playing the game instead of paying for them.

Yes, they need to unlock the second half of season 3 for us season 3 season pass holders...

Does the season pass only unlock certain packs? Or does it unlock all the dlc present and yet to come?

DLC was perfectly fine it used to be a nice way to add on & continue stories in our favourite games but has become corrupted into selling us parts of games that have been cut.

Season passes were a nice one off payment to get all DLC for a cheaper price but now we get multiple season or annual passes.

Battle pass.... I can't even say anything good about it, a battle pass is nothing more than a manipulative scam to get you to pay for it & if you fail to unlock all items associated with said pass you often lose them.

The current Industry standard of Battle passes & seasons is pretty disgraceful & often designed to manipulate players.

That's just my opinion however.

While not all forms of Battle pass, seasons, DLC or season passes are bad there's plenty of publishers out there that know how to take full advantage.
