    Hi there,

    This is a known issue, but not an issue.

    Do NOT buy the season pass again. When Episode 2 comes out, the season pass will become available and you will be able to download the Season Pass and all future episodes.

    Once you go into the game it will show up in the store that you own the pass

    it still says pre-order on the icon for the game. and i have the ultimate edition.

    its part of the season pass...if you bought the season pass, which wasnt exactly cheap, then its all good.

    I helped someone try to finish installing the season pass for Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor by uninstalling the season pass for Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag and than the installation for Mordor's season pass finished, but when we tried reinstalling the
    season pass for Black Flag that had the same issue. Thank you Achilles TB for the fix!

    Yea there is something wrong at this moment. The point we are making is the Season Pass was for November through April. So the season pass is not the issue it is a different problem they are having.
