Season Pass in Gears of War 4 is not unlocking on Win 10 but it says owned

So I have problems with the Season Pass on WIn 10 it is not unlocking so i cant play the Dev List

Gears of war 4 Ultimate Edition ISSUE! HELP!

I bought the Gears of war 4 Ultimate Edition from Walmart.

I have the disk in the console and have activated the season pass. when I launch the xbox app on the pc I cannot play the game.

Also when I look in the windows store it shows the season pass as owned but the game itself is not showing up as owned!

 

Newly purchased games missing from account.xbox.com/MyGames list

I own BF Premium and season passes for Fallout 4, Batman AK, Doom, the season passes show as owned but not installed, on Xbox.com they cannot be accessed to download, it states owned. The related content is installed on the console but as the season pass
is not it asks to be bought, this is over a week now.

only on the PC version of the Game the Xbox Support said i have to write in the Support forum here to get help from the Coliation Support

So i have all Updates this is an Ingame error the xbox support said it only can be solved with an activtion on the gears of war 4 server
