Season pass gave me wrong licence

hi i purchased a season pass for resident evil 7 from Game and when i inputed the code it all went through ok i thought happy days untill

I went to the manage game and noticed my purchase was no where to be seen so i went to the game section hoping to see that i own the season pass but it is showing me BUY FOR 24.99 errrmmmm hello i already have spent 24.99 so where the **** has my season
pass

I then logged on to microsoft web site looked and it said on there i owen the season pass

So im thinking oh happy days WRONG i own the windows version not the xbox version but you might be thinking oh it should still work as its xbox anywhere title WRONG that only applies if you buy the digital ultimate edition which lets you cross play so i
been on the phone to microsoft no joy i have been on the phone to game.uk no joy

And i been on the phome to capcom oh no joy there so what the **** gives i want what i payd for i dont own a windows 10 gaming pc

I have an xboxone can you mob look into this as im sure im not the only person this has happend to

Black Ops 2 season pass

yes they do match and its not a card its a receipt they gave me that had a code. it says call of duty black ops II season pass. it gave me the info to download so i did that then it said go to bing and type in call of duty black ops II season pass but it
just gave me 4000 microsoft points.

 

Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Season Pass

I have brought season pass an re downloaded but it still has told me to purchase the season pass like I have not brought it but it gave me the new weapon OHM but it won't give me the second dlc an tells me it's 34.99 to buy season pass even know it's
in my download history

 

this has happened to me as well with my deluxe version of the game, highly frustrating not getting what you pay for. Hopefully they resolve the issue before the dlc comes out on the 21st

 

Sorry to hear it. As no one here on the forums can help the only thing I cans suggest is to try phone support again and ask if you can get a refund on the purchase so that you may buy it for the console version.

If they are unable to help ask to have the issue escalated.
