    Season pass for rise of the Tomb Raider on Xbox one by purchase cannot activate when try to it says install but then I get a blank screen anyone else with this problem and how do you fix it

    Bought the season pass with the game it says its installed on the xbox store but when i go to my games then manage game it tells me its waiting to install but when i try to install it nothing happens is there anyone elese having this problem.

    Cant install anything or even transfer anything...

    So basically i bought the tomb raider season pass on friday and as soon as i bought it nothing would install..... everything stays at 0% and just says its in the queue i cancelled the download and tried to reinstall it but now if i click install literally
    nothing happens and just stays in the ready to install pile. I cant even transfer games between my hard drives that gets put into a queue as well or even trying to install a game click install nothing happens. Anyone else experience this?

    Yep... Same here. Nobody helps. Xbox support, square enix, everybody is deaf. I payed 30€!!

    I believe this is happening because there isn't any content in this DLC yet. It's a bit confusing, but the content it's going to be staggered over the course of 4 months. So technically it is working, there's just nothing to download in-game from this yet.
    You'll receive it as soon as the content becomes available.

    i had similar issue with the witcher 3 stuff - had to uninstall the add-ons, reboot (full power off) and then restart again and then get them to redownload - could try doing that for this

    Bought Croft edition Shadow of the tomb raider, didn't receive my season pass.

    I also have the Croft edition of Shadow of the Tomb Raider. When you look in the manage game section for the game. It does not show you the Season Pass as being installed. We do own it, but the store is a bit fickle with displaying things we own properly.
    When you select the Season pass in the store that displays that you have to purchase the content. The store page should update that you actually do indeed own the pass.

    Titanfall Season Pass Not Working

    Titanfall DLC doesn't appear instantly, if you bought the Season Pass do the following:

    Go to the Store and find Titanfall

    Select Add-On's

    Go to Season Pass, at the top it should either say INSTALL or INSTALLED. If it says INSTALL, select it.

    Then go to Extradition in Titanfall>Addons and once the Season Pass is installed you should see INSTALL as the option instead of PURCHASE.

    If both Titanfall Season Pass and DLC show as INSTALLED try a hard reset of the console (press and hold the power "button" on the console until it shuts down. If it still doesn't work, contact EA Support at
    https://help.ea.com/contact-us and they can check your account and walk you through some possible troubleshooting steps.

    Advanced Warfare season pass not working.

    Have you installed the Season Pass? Claiming the pass code isn't enough, there is a file which needs to be downloaded with it too.

    Go to APPS & GAMES

    Select Queue

    Is the Season Pass in there waiting to be installed?

    If not, go to Call of Duty in the Store

    Select Season Pass from the addons

    Does it say "Installed", "Install" or "Purchase"?

    If it says Install then simply click it and download your Season Pass.

    If it says Installed, try removing it by going to Manage Game when CoD is highlighted and delete the Season Pass. Then re-install and try running CoD again.

    If it says Purchase, try redeeming your code again if you had one. If that fails, reach out to Xbox Support and see if they can explain why it is asking you to purchase the pass again.
