I finally got the codes for gears1-judgement. BUT, I lose all the DLC map packages, such as characters, maps from season pass. Do I need specific codes for those? Thank you

Season pass DLC on multiple accounts

That's how it worked for my Gears of War 3 Season Pass, I'm assuming it will be the same for my Borderlands 2 Season Pass as well.

If you purchased the season pass and downloaded all the dlc that was part of the pass on your Xbox 360, then you should be able to find all the dlc in the manage games section of gears of War 3. Move to gears 3, press the menu button and select manage game,
the dlc you have should be listed there to download.
