    Hi!

    So, I purchased the season pass for the first season of Reign. All the episodes to date are available and on my device, but I am still missing episode 22 -- and it aired three weeks ago. I've restarted my device and refreshed Xbox Video, with no
    luck.

    Is there a problem over at my end, or is there an issue with the service itself?

    Downton Abbey season 3 Ep 8 not included in seadon pass?!?!

    I hit this problem as well. When I bought my season pass only episodes 1-6 were available. A bit later I checked back and episode 7 was available. Then a week or so later I checked again and the season finale (episode 9) was available but episode 8 was
    still missing from the season pass. I ended up paying the 160 points to rent episode 8 separately and it worked fine so it's definitely there, just missing from the season pass...the fact that the finale became available before it did makes this seem like
    a glitch...or maybe finale's just work differently than regular episodes?

    TV app stopped working after few days?

    Same thing just happened to me.... Plus the final episode in a season pass series isn't working either. =/

    I'm checking on this episode now, I'll let you know as soon as I have more info, it's likely an issue on our side though.

    Season pass trouble

    Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ardyn is not included in the Season Pass. The season pass content ended with Episode Ignis. Episode Ardyn is a full fledged mini-game in itself. You'll have to purchase it separately.

    Video Error - Kinect Nat Geo TV app - Game Episodes/Videos won't play

    This is not quite fixed. The videos do seem to be working now for people who already purchased one or both of the season passes, but purchasing either of the season passes (or redeeming the code for the first season pass that was included in the retail game)
    from within the app does not work. The app displays the following message when attempting to do this:

    "Content Unavailable

    We're sorry, that piece of content is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

    Oddly enough, you can buy individual episodes from within the app, so it's obviously still communicating with the marketplace. You just can't buy or redeem a season pass.
